Delivery
We are committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible. Once we receive your order, we will contact you to arrange the delivery time. We use DPD, a courier service, and/or our own delivery team for shipments. The choice of delivery service depends on the size and weight of your order: large and heavy packages are shipped via the courier or our own delivery service, while other packages are handled by DPD Parcel Service. Items not in stock will be ordered from our supplier.
Do you have a preferred delivery date? Please inform us by replying to the order confirmation email sent by Belmag. We will do our best to accommodate your request before dispatch.
DPD Deliveries:
If you are not home to receive your order from DPD Parcel Service and delivery to a neighbor is not possible, DPD will deliver your package to the nearest Pickup parcel shop after the first attempt. With over 850 Pickup parcel shops in the Netherlands and Belgium, there is always one nearby. The delivery driver will leave a message indicating where you can pick up your package. You will receive a Track and Trace number within 24 hours to track your package via DPD website.
Courier Deliveries:
The courier will provide updates via email, including a link to view the expected arrival time and track the route to your address (please note that there may be a delay in tracking data synchronization). If you are not home and delivery to a neighbor is not possible, the driver will leave a message explaining how to schedule a new delivery time.
In-House Delivery Service:
If your package is delivered by our own delivery service, our delivery person will call you one hour before arrival on the delivery day. This ensures you know when to expect your package. Delivery dates are planned in advance in consultation with you, and deliveries occur Monday through Saturday. If you are not home and we cannot reach you, we will return the order and arrange a second delivery attempt with you. Please be aware that this may involve additional delivery time and costs.
Important Note:
Many of our items are large or heavy, and someone must be present to assist the delivery person if needed. Deliveries are made to the first threshold of the first door or as far as we can reach on the ground floor. Deliveries cannot be made over stairs, gravel, thresholds, grass, or unpaved paths.
Depending on the items ordered, we may arrange drop shipment via the supplier. We will inform you promptly if this applies to your order. Please note that we do not control the delivery date chosen by the supplier, but we will notify you as soon as we have more information.
How can I determine the delivery date?
You can schedule the delivery date in advance by coordinating with our planning staff. If you have a preferred delivery date, please respond to the order confirmation email sent by Belmag International. We will make every effort to accommodate your request before dispatch.
Can I change the delivery address?
Yes, it is possible to deliver your order to a different address. You can specify this when placing your order. If you need to change the delivery address after placing your order, please call or email us, and we will update the delivery details for you.
How can I check if my product is in stock?
You can verify the stock status of your product on the product page, next to the price. Please note that stock levels may fluctuate, and the online status might differ from our warehouse stock. If an item is not in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Can I pick up my package at a PostNL point?
Unfortunately, since we only use DPD Parcel Service, it is not possible to have your order delivered to a PostNL point. However, you can return items via a PostNL point or another local delivery service.
How fast can you deliver my package?
After placing your order, we will contact you within 2 working days to schedule a delivery appointment. Typically, your order will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days, unless you request a later delivery date. Please note that this timeline may not apply to items that are heavy or have large dimensions, as well as deliveries to Belgium.
